"The Villa is beautiful and in a perfect location. The Villa however does require updating and some maintenance work. We did not realise the Villa does not supply any bedding or towels, so this had to be flown in and others by car which was frustrating. It would be nice if the Villa can recommend local shops, eateries and places of interest as nothing is supplied or recommended. WiFi took a few days to be sorted and both patio and pool furniture is in need a of change. Overall, lovely Villa."

Appealed to owner who agreed to reduce but still had to leave a large amount in cash. Owner pointed out it was in his conditions. This is not communicated in the booking and I eventually I found it hidden, in French, in a sub menu, under House Rules, on the UK website. On departure we had to get to...

Hills in both directions so difficult for disabled (we had one person needing a wheelchair). No comfortable chair. Armchairs shown in garden picture were not there. "The property is exactly as described and shown in the photos. A modern well equipped kitchen is elevated with a Nespresso coffee machine. The monsoon showers are great and there are more entertainment systems than you could ever want, especially if you have a variety of ages in your party. "Thank you for this wonderful and clean place that we were able to spend time at. It's right next to the beach and we could really relax after a long exhausting year. The dog of my friend had enough space and we were able to have each space for each other to relax , but also a very comfortable living space/open kitchen to come together and enjoy music and food. "Very luxurious stay. Incredible room - beautiful finishings and a view overlooking the lovely courtyard. The setting is lovely with a vineyard on site with a terrace. The staff were really friendly. The restaurant in Bages was a 5 minute walk and was lovely also although unless you have a car (or arrange a taxi which can be quite expensive we foune) there are not so many options around other than that but the hotel itself is nice enough to want to stay! "

The pool was heated which was a bonus. There was plenty of outside space for relaxing and dining. Inside, the living area was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The fridge freezer having an ice cube dispenser was handy. Sylvain responded well to any issues, or questions we had. The one thing that could have been improved was the information folder. Maybe some recommendations for restaurants, activities and supermarkets. We all had a great time."
