This hotel was booked for my brother and his family to get away from Hurricane Helene. They said the room was spacious and clean, the staff was nice, and everything was convenient

They were very rude to us. At first when we called and asked could be get a broom to sweep the front desk lady said it’s a supply and to just call and she would have someone to come do it. Fast forward to the next day, I called and asked could my floors be swept because I have 3 toddlers making a mess and I didn’t want it be messy. The cleaning young lady knocked on my door, and hands me the broom and walk off. Plus they basically force you to pay valet. Students are just all around rude… super loud because it’s on a strip
