Quaint modern ranch in the heart of Gainsville. Perfect for families looking to visit, catch a Gator Game, or enjoy all that Gainesville has to offer. House is fully furnished, equipped for cooking, and has all of the amenities needed for long or short stays. Minutes from UF, amazing dining, and parks, you'll feel central to everything you need.
The space
This is a newly remodeled, modern home. There is plenty of room for you and your family to enjoy. With three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with cable access, and high-speed WiFi throughout the house, you'll feel at ease and at home. The design is both clean and cozy, and comfortably hosts groups of up to 8 people.
Guest access
You have easy entry into the home via smart a smart-lock. You'll have access to the whole house while you're staying with us. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms at your disposal. You are welcome to use the kitchen to cook, or any other appliance during your stay.

Clean, convenient but not very cozy
The house is very clean and in a great location…for a 3 bedroom house that sleeps at least 6 you can only have 3 people sit comfortably in the living room. Only one floor lamp in the living room, once the sun went down we weren’t able to read in there. If you are just looking for a clean house in a convenient location and not looking to spend too much time in the house it’s a good spot.

Highly recommend this wonderful home! Perfect location near the UF campus. The home is nicely decorated, very clean, and the beds are super comfy. The owner is responsive, helpful and easy to get in touch with. We will definitely be renting this place again! 5 Stars!!

Clean house. Great location
Great house for a game day weekend. Very good location with easy access to campus and Millhoper. House was very clean upon arrival and beds were comfortable. Victor was easy to get in touch with when we needed him. We had some issues with door code at check-in but Victor solved our problem almost immediately. Overall great house and host.
