Everything about this place was fabulous. The room was just what you would expect for a B & B. The breakfast was awesome. We would definitely go back there.

Sweet Escape
I love Sweetwater Branch Inn... it is perfect bed and breakfast getaway. My favorite room is the Tea Rose room... because of the huge jacuzzi bathtub & the fireplace.

Exceeded expectations
The Sweetwater Inn exceeded our expectations! The grounds are impeccably maintained and create a private sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and the UF campus. No details were spared at the Inn. Our room was quiet and cozy! From the staff, the pool, the football game shuttle, the complimentary breakfast and guest rooms - all was perfectly presented. We can't wait to return for another visit, go Gators! 🐊
