"Staff are super friendly and helpful. Roland in front desk was particularly nice, considerate, and helpful, who provided a lot of valuable tourist information and materials. Marcos (owner and manager) is an amazing guy. He offered us free of charge breakfast and he even gave us a free ride to the train station.
