There's also access to a very nice swimming pool area, although there were so many other things to do, we didn't get the chance to use it! "The house was perfect for a stay for 2 families. The beach is a 5 minute drive to Caspiu plage, where you can also drink flavourful Corsican beer, eat beautiful freshly made sorbets and have a fine dinner with view over the bay. The house has a nice terrace to sit and enjoy food and view. The owner welcomes you with homemade marmalade and a perfect white wine and Corsican cookies. The beds are great. Cooking equipment is perfect."

"The hotel has a lot to offer. Our room was modern, quiet, spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom with a beautiful view over to Calvi and the citadel. There is a lift to all floors and indoor pool. The buffet breakfast has a good range of cold food on offer, with the option to eat in or out on the terrace. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a free secure car park too which is great as it's worth taking trips into the mountains and along the coast. The outdoor pool is a little small with stepped and sloping sides which restricted the swim area which was a pity as the hotel is a fair walk to the beach- but it does have a pool which many hotels dont! The hotel is situated a 10min walk from the centre and the port with a couple of eateries on the way. Calvi is a original old Corsican town, a perfect place for eating, shopping and relaxing with beautiful scenery and beaches. We will be back again."
