We never heard from the owner before we arrived with any check-in details. We reached out to him a number of times but no reply. We contacted VRBO to let them know that we had not heard from the owner and VRBO tried contacting him and also did not hear back. "It's really at top of the world. The cottage is at the top of Nessalu mountain top. Excellent if you want to spend time in nature. It's difficult to find so contact the owner before you go there. The Alex delivers it all: An attentive an accommodating staff, clean and spacious rooms, excellent location just outaide of the city (but a 5-10 minute walk to the train station) great views overlooking the lake, i could go on.
