A nice smaller town in Syros, but fairly quiet. We visited in September and kept finding that restaurants were shutting early as it was quiet!

A quiet restful place near the beach
"The Maistrali is located across from the beach, near several restaurants and a convenience store. The rooms are large, with a nice outside balcony, overlooking the sea. "Just a 5 day stopover. Nicoli and clairi (apologies if spelt wrong) could not have been more welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful every day. Just a 10 min stroll to town and ferry port. Lovely beach 20min stroll or 3 min bus ride away with tavernas. The one slight negative is the walking after dark ..."
