"What a magnificent place to stay! The room was very nice and comfortable! The staff went above and beyond and made me feel welcome. The hotel also provided me a bus pass to assist in my journey of exploring the local area. They had a free breakfast which was incredible! "The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We only stayed one night and had no complaints except that the bell tower was ringing once every hour through the night. Seems like this is not normal and due to some renovations happening. Overall, the hotel is very close to the waterfront, many restaurants and the views are beautiful."

"Good location hotel, walkable distance from Ancona old town and lake. Nice pickup and drop of with hotel bus (from and to Locarno train station. Staff was overwhelmed with a series of group booking, confusion was evident but no improvement. My room was a small but with a view, AC not working and none of the staff knew how to fix it. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake and pool was a nice setting but staff again overwhelmed with groups."

"The old town area doesn't disappoint: beautiful historical buildings, narrow cobblestone roads with boutiques and local restaurants to explore. Caffe del Arte is so close to all, walkability score is high: town square, churches and waterfront trail. The Zebra Room is nicely appointed: great firm bed, dining table and great storage space. I loved the shower power! Do use the Ticino transit card for discounts - we forgot. Next time!"

"Good location for the Moon & Stars festival. Nicely decorated and very clean. No reception so you get an online check-in form the day before but I didn't so I had to ask for it - that was slightly intense. When checking out, you're supposed to pay city tax at the restaurant at the ground floor. In my case, the staff were so busy and I waited for at least 20 minutes to get it sorted. That was the only down side staying at this hotel. "
