A Sea Glass Estate is an ideal venue for weddings, reunions, retreats and vacations. Relax on the wraparound porch with deck seating while enjoying the 1.7 acres and beachfront living. Outdoor celebration areas include a sundeck, and pergola/stage. This beautiful unique 4224 square foot home has 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are 2 master suites, one with a giant soaking tub. Bedrooms as follows: first floor - Texas Master -- king bed, queen sofa; Seaside Memories -- king bed, queen sofa, living area with 2 Queen sofas; 2nd Floor - Pirates Cove - queen/twin bunk and twin with trundle; The Sanddollar - King bed; The Lighthouse - King bed; The Nautical - 6 twin bunks; The Palm Tree - King bed; Under the Sea - 4 twin bunks; 3rd Floor - Honeymoon suite - king bed, full sofa. The kitchen has double ovens, dual refrigerator/freezers and granite island. The open concept living and dining area provide for spacious gathering and entertaining. High speed internet is available. The Estate is convenient to coastal shopping and restaurants. Take the walking path to access the beach right off the back deck.

Perfect house for reunions
The house was amazing. Kitchen had everything you would needed. We were right on the beach which made it easy to get on the beach. The sand crossing over the sand dome was extremely HOT. We ended up driving around to our spot. Check in and out was a breeze! Grocery store less than a mile from the house. I highly recommend this house for large groups.

Great family reunion venue
This property accomodated a family reunion of guests from 3 yrs old to 73 yrs old comfortably both for inside and outside activities. The location is excellently located on the beach. The property was clean. The stairs has new carpet which i was pleasantly surprised about considering the old carpet i seen when i first went to see the property. There was an inconvenience with the kitchen sink backing up and causing the vent area in the hallway to leak water. The maintenance came quickly and ran a temporary line until a plumber could come and that fixed the problem and satisfied us. Other than that, there was no issue. This is a excellent property for large family gatherings!

50th B-day Bash/Fam Reunion…Louisiana meets Texas
After Hurricane Ida left many of my family members in Louisiana in the dark, this vacation home was just what they needed. The home was set up perfectly with space for everyone in and out with direct access to the beach. The homeowners next door joined us for our family talent show then invited us over to there home to continue the Labor Day weekend celebration. Would definitely revisit this place. Make sure to request linen package as it is not included in the rental price.

Great house right on the ocean. Comfortably slept 18 and we had room left over. Crystal Beach is a fun location but does have cars driving on the beach (fun to rent golf carts but have to keep an eye out for the little ones as they run to the beach. House is a bit dated but had everything we needed for a great spring break with kids of all ages!

Excellent house, perfect for a wedding
We had our wedding here and everything went perfectly. Swedes reality was very easy to communicate with. Make sure you include the linen package because the house does not come with sheets or towels. Overall we had a great stay and there were 17 people in the house and everyone was happy with their stay.

Beautiful location, and lot to do in area. Would be greatly improved w/ thorough cleaning.
Sofas are in really bad condition, linens provided w/extra charge were poor quality and some threadbare. (Might make good rags). Lots of "dust bunnies", dirty mirrors. Broken door in bathroon in crow's nest. (Did report problems to Swedes so may get cleaned and repaired.) Master bedroom/bath were clean and updated. Have rented through VRBO several times before and have always been very satisfied w/properties. Michigan
