"Our stay was wonderful. My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights. We loved our room. Breakfast buffet was also great with a lot of variety. We would like to thank Mr Abhinandan who guided us with transport in Bengaluru. Big thank you also to Ms Neha, Padmavana, Shreya and Sayan at the front office for all the help. Thank you all for making our stay memorable. Not to forget the Security personnel at the entrance. We will definitely come back when we visit Bengaluru again."

"I’ve stayed at the Taj West End twice now, both times the service has been wonderful. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist with any request. The property is beautiful and has multiple dining and bar options. Special thank you to the bar staff at Blue Bar who provided interesting insight into how they make their drinks! "Horrendous service. You have to call repeatedly to get anything done. Being polite gets you hostile and aggressive responses. It’s the oddest thing. There are plenty of staff members who are polite and well mannered. But the manager has horrible decorum. He refuses to have conversations about any disputes. From the moment I walked through the doors, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for an incredible stay. The attention to detail was evident everywhere – from the impeccably maintained facilities to the thoughtfully designed rooms that combined luxury with comfort. Every corner of the hotel exuded elegance and sophistication. The service was truly world-class. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met promptly and with genuine care.
