Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen!

Ich kann es leider keinen empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt, die Matratzen ne Katastrophe und die Couch komplett durchgesessen. Uns ist ein Wattepad heruntergefallen, das lag dann da 4 Tage und wir haben genau gesehen, dass nicht ordentlich geputzt wurde. Frühstück war ok, allerdings der Service i Restaurant und an der Bar eine Katastrophe. Sehr unfreundlich, zum Teil wurden Gäste ignoriert. Im Frühstückservice arbeitete eine ältere Dame, diese war als einzige freundlich und hat versucht auf die Gäste einzugehen. Ein sehr junger Mann, der Tische abgeräumt hat, war auch sehr aufmerksam…aber ansonsten war das Personal unfreundlich. Die Damen an der Rezeption haben häufig Beschwerden bekommen, diese waren jedoch freundlich und hilfsbereit. Abendessen waren wir immer außerhalb, da gab es tolle Möglichkeiten. Poolbereich war schön und sauber.

Nous avions réservé 5 jours dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles, dès notre arrivée nous avons été pris en charge au bout de 10 minutes d'attente alors que le personnel de la réception était là à parler entre eux. Après avoir récupéré la carte de notre chambre nous avons pu accédé à celle-ci, que ne fut pas notre surprise de trouver une chambre avec deux lits simples mit côte à côte alors que nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit deux personnes (un lit matrimonial), après en avoir averti la réception, la solution qui nous a été donner a été de mettre un drap de lit deux places sur les deux matelas mit côte à côte, ce qui n'a pas été une solution des plus excellentes puisque chaque nuit les lits bougeait et se séparaient continuellement, la literie n'était pas confortable. Pour la chambre, il faut savoir que la chambre et la salle de bain étaient très sales, de la poussière était présente sous les lits et les tables de nuit, ainsi que des poils ou cheveux en grande quantité, les joint de la douche état noir, il y avait des taches jaunes sur les plastiques des toilettes. Le parc de l'hôtel et la piscine était jolie. Nous avions demandé pour avoir une place au parking, mais il était impossible de si garé, le nombre de places donner par la réception pour le parking était supérieur au nombre de places disponibles réelles, ce qui fait que nous avons dû parfois garer notre voiture à l'extérieur de l'hôtel ou alors dans les allers de l'hôtel.

;-) - La colazione non era buona, il caffè con polvere di latte e il succo facevano schifo e non ci volevano dare uno dall' bar. Anche il cibo non è frescho e il personale no si interessa per i clienti. Struttura troppo vecchio e tanto rumore. Secondo me, questa struttura è solo 3***. Non torneró più... ;-) - Il barista e la reception erano molto gentile e molto buono, complimenti! Insoomma tutto bello, per quell' prezzo ok.

Wir kommen nicht wieder

Bin enttäuscht vom diesem Hotel. Es entspricht auf keinen Fall einer vier Sterne Landeskategorie. Ich bin oft in Italien unterwegs und habe viele bessere drei Sterne Hotels gesehen. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, an vielen Stellen unfachmännisch repariert (Pool), Pool überall 170 tief, daher gefährlich für kleine Kinder, die noch nicht sicher schwimmen. Corona-Maßnahmen vor allem bei der Frühstückssituation sehr problematisch umgesetzt. Leistung des Hotels war absolut unhöflich und kein Stück hilfsbereit, als mein parkendes Auto auf dem Hotelgelände beschädigt wurde. Peinlich, so geht man nicht mit Gästen um.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour avec une superbe piscine et là clip dans la chambre contrairement aux commentaires sur cet hôtel. La deco est certes vieillotte mais les chambres sont propres. Les dames à l'accueil sont très gentilles. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible, mais les repas du soir sont très bons et à un prix raisonnable (15euros). Seule chose que j'aurais a redire, la terrasse centrale du restaurant selon moi devrait être non fumeur avec une partie fumeur sur le côté car il et dommage de devoir écourter son repas à cause des cigarettes des clients.

Stayed here for one night on a trip to Lake Garda. The room was spacious and comfortable enough, though I don’t think that it was really up to 4 star standards. Breakfast was crowded and cramped but decent enough. I certainly wasn’t wowed by my stay here but it was reasonably priced and served its purpose for one evening.

Pool is top, but the rooms are in their last decad

The Pool is quite well situated ... But the status of the overall hotel is not anymore a 4star hotel ... may be it was in the 90s. The bed and matraces are old, and the aircondition was smelling heavily ... Furthermore are the rooms to the pool are massively under sun ... but this heats the room massively up. Breakfast was OK, but as well more as a 4star youth hostel.

In casi come questi mi vergogno di essere italiano. I programmi televisivi in stanza sono tutti in tedesco e il personale, italiano, mi ha irriso dicendomi che avrebbero chiamato un tecnico il giorno dopo per sintonizzare quelli in italiano, quando sapevano bene che sarei rimasto una sola notte. Per inciso sarebbe bastato fornirmi il codice a quattro cifre del televisore ed io avrei sintonizzato da solo i nostri canali, ma il giorno dopo l’ospite germanico avrebbe trovato i canali nella lingua di casa e non nella sua. Posso aggiungere che ho dovuto sollecitare l’emissione della ricevuta del pagamento della tassa di sogiorno, quasi che non fosse un diritto ottenerla. Un’altra piccola conferma della loro italianofobia: al bagno c’era il bidet, ma non gli appositi asciugamani, per il personale dell’albergo non servono, dicono che infatti lì sono tutti tedeschi. Se li tengano i loro cari tedeschi, mi spiace solo che gli Euro che io, povero italiano, gli ho dato erano uguali a quelli dei loro cari tedeschi. Avrei voluto avere una bandiera tricolore per mostrare loro come si deve essere orgogliosi di essere italiani! Per il resto allego le foto della tavoletta della tazza del bagno mancante di uno dei due supporti e che quindi era fissata in maniera incerta e dell’unica sedia della stanza, scollata da una parte, con i segni di precedenti interventi con colla vinicola, ma riapertasi e perciò pericolosa da utilizzare.
