It was nice to have a 2 bedroom and a kitchen. AC was very cool. 3 TVs. Problems: our room vibrated violently, I assumed it was an industrial washer. Water was tepid and the flow wasnt enough to rinse my hair. Bath towels were tiny. Garbage day was Saturday at 5:30 am and it was very noisy. Oddly the tap water smelled moldy (I dont know why) Cleaning day they emptied the garbage and brought towels, but didnt make beds. Cleaning was supposed to be every other day, but we only got partial service. Breakfast has variety and there was plenty of it. The staff was all kind and helpful.

As expected from any property near disney, it was very busy with families. Front desk staff during check in was incredibly friendly and helpful, which was much appreciated. Everything was average; not great, but not horrible. Unfortunately I was unable to take a hot shower during my stay and apparently that issue is somewhat common. The price was right, but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Great location! The staff was amazing, especially Joseph at the front desk! Very kind and so helpful! The staff was so great that for almost this reason alone we will definitely return! Loved the rooms, pools, and the free hot breakfast! Everything was outstanding! Fun get away for our family!

We stayed here for the family rooms. The room was in a poor state. There were scuff marks everywhere and stains on walls. There was juice looking stain all over the curtains. The room smelled like cigarette smoke which was an issue for one of our family members since they are respiratory sensitive. We complained and they put a deodorizer that covered the smell for a day. We opted in for the cleaning service but no towels were ever brought and the garbage was not taken out. The beds were okay but some of our family members complained of being bitten. Walls were very thin so you could hear people across the way and next door. Overall property and rooms just seemed dirty. The elevator system is dated. Buttons were broken and the wait was sometimes long. What was good was the space and two bathrooms. Some of the staff seemed to want to help. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Our time there with the family for a Disney vacation was good. S Harbor Dr was busy and loud at night, the walk to Disney is a few miles (sort of long for the kids), we only walked day one of three and took an Uber back and forth the other two days (approx $40 per day). The pool was busy but the kids did enjoy it, the breakfast buffet was nice, got something into the kids every morning which helped get the day going. Room was ok, a bit dated but served the purpose. Overall we had a good stay, we will prob try something a bit closer and higher priced the next time.

This is the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My room had someone else’s dirty clothes in them. The staff refused to clean our room. They said they only clean every other day. They have no ATM, no business center and no hot bacon. The free breakfast was disgusting. The furniture is worn and outdated. Parking is extremely high. The staff members are rude. Do not stay here.
