Don’t stay in this hotel, the reception very rude, they cancel my reservation because I didn’t check the day I supposed to get there, when my credit card was charged at the moment when I did the reservation, family and we drove 5 hours this past weekend I reserved two rooms one for my two daughters and the other for my husband and I, when we arrived Saturday around noon the lady and the receptionist said your reservation was cancel because you didn’t check the day before, I get supper upset and I asked her what are my options she said just keep one room with two bed queens or go somewhere else, and the manager was the same way, I have to made another reservation at Delta Hotel By Marriot next door, they were super nice, never stay against at this hotel.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. Every member of the staff is absolutely lovely and so helpful. Great for business travelers and families. I’ve used this hotel for both business and leisure. The rooms are spacious and clean. The property is close to restaurants and Target. It’s also a 5 minute Uber ride to Disneyland but far enough away to give that break from the madness. Thank you to every employee at this property. You always provide a wonderful experience.
