"Overall a very pleasant stay. I thought we rented the entire house but the basement is rented out and the garage no access. I’m not sure if I missed it in the ad or if this should be pointed out. Host was available and responded well to any communication. We would recommend this home for sure. Excellent proximity to atttactions in Winnipeg. Saw polar bears at the zoo, bucket list Close to Canada Life Centre where we took Dad for his 80th birthday! Bucket list for him "

"This cottage is beautiful, modern, bright, clean and they also provided coffee pods for the kuereg, plus a variety of spices were available for cooking in case something was forgotten. It felt very spacious with the open ceiling and lots of window - overlooking the 'river'. Driveway was cleared of snow in preparation of our stay! "

"The character and location of the house is amazing. The pool was not clean, it was green and that was one of the main reasons we wanted this place. So we couldn’t use the pool. Our bedding was old brown blankets, one had smoke burns in them the others smelled bad. We had no dish towels so we cleaned with paper towel,the facilities weren’t stocked we had to go find towels, soap, extra toilet paper. Those little things we would have put up with if the pool worked. We also had to unclog the drain...

"Hosts were easy going and great communication. Parking was a little rough but host stepped up and accommodated me with the side driveway Over all I will return again when needing a place"

"The kitchenette needs more supplies, there was one spoon and also needed a big cooking spoon, instead there was a ladle. There is no oven/stove, just two elements that you plug in. There was no pepper, it was paprika instead. The bedroom needs a nightstand and a lamp that you can turn off and on, you have to plug it in to turn it on and unplug it to turn it off. It was cold because one of the windows was not closed properly. The blanket was too thin, I had to use two thin blankets to stay warm...

There was no pepper, it was paprika instead. The bedroom needs a nightstand and a lamp that you can turn off and on, you have to plug it in to turn it on and unplug it to turn it off. It was cold because one of the windows was not closed properly. The blanket was too thin, I had to use two thin blankets to stay warm (I was here in January). There were only two towels provided, I washed them myself. Being able to use the washer and dryer was nice though. The host was helpful when I needed to bring some of my things to another place. But the host family was also upstairs and had noisy children, I thought Vrbo places were supposed to only have the guests? Also a weird rule was that I wasn’t allowed to have visitors, I don’t mean people staying with me, but just someone to visit me. "
