We were supposed to have 2 rooms with jacuzzi’s. Only one had a working jacuzzi. The other didn’t even have the button to turn it on. But even after that the shower/tub was so filthy I wouldn’t allow my children to sit in it. The cable and tv didn’t work. After a 12, no one answers the phone at the front desk. The rooms were nasty. The only nice thing about the hotel is the location and convenience of walking everywhere

Door was broken, adjoining rooms were promised… our 2 rooms was no where near each other. No where to park. And to top it off the window was broken and would not shut completely and therefore our ground level room u could just walk by from outside and push our window open.

I liked how close the hotel was to everything All within walking distance. The bathroom was outdated with caulk peeling and was very small.

Great location. Definitely needs updating. The room we were in 440 building C allowed pets apparantly. The bathroom door paint was ruined with scratches from an animal being locked in there. There were dark stains on carpet like stool that was not properly cleaned. Some items looked new link 2 sinks, beds were new and comfy. The TV was a joke for a large room with 2 king size beds it was a 24" TV ridiculous.

Great location!! Bed comfortable. Like that bathroom sink/ vanity is separate from shower/toilet area. Makes it easier to get dressed and ready. TV station lineup good. Not a fancy highend place but needs were met and room was comfortable. Location outstanding for walking to shops and restaurants.

Was so disappointed the indoor pool was closed! We had booked this hotel so our 5 and 2 yr old grandsons could swim. We told them about the pool and they were so excite to just be let down. It broke my heart having to hear the cry so excited about it
