Want to relax outside after a full day of enjoyment at the many local attractions? Enjoy a serene view of the Smoky Mountains while soaking in the covered hot tub on the front deck or making S'mores and memories at the firepit. Cook your favorite BBQ meals on the charcoal grill near the firepit.

Explore the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with scenic drives through the Foothills Parkway, Newfound Gap, and Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. Hike the national park at popular destinations such as Andrews Bald, Cades Cove, Grotto Falls, Kuwohi (Clingmans Dome), Rainbow Falls, Chimney Tops, and Abrams Falls. Picnic at the Metcalf Bottoms trailhead before visiting the historic Little Greenbrier School and Walker Sisters Place. Dip into the natural swimming holes at River Rat Tubing and Whitewater Rafting, The Sinks, or the Wye.
Soar down the mountain at Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster, Goats on the Roof, or Wears Valley Zipline Adventures (highest and longest ziplines in the region). All your favorite attractions at The Island in Pigeon Forge are just a short drive from Gatlinburg.

- Keep in mind the area is mostly winding mountain roads; in the rare cases of winter weather, 4WD may be necessary. Drive carefully and enjoy the view from the top of the mountain!
- Cell phone reception can be limited in some areas (especially the national park); plan trips on cell or wifi and download maps in advance.
★ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ★
^ The cabin driveway is paved but has a sharp bend which can be navigated easily using the additional gravel area at the bend to make a three-point turn if necessary. In the rare cases of winter weather, 4WD may be necessary.
^ 3 Roku TVs with Guest mode to conveniently log into your own streaming accounts.
^ 300 Mbps high speed Wifi; login info provided prior to check-in.
^ Starter pack of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towel provided at check-in. Bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergents, logs, charcoal, and coffee should be brought by guests or bought locally.
^ Community pool available 8AM - 8PM Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends; located 0.8 miles from cabin near the entrance to the community.
^ Fireplaces available October 1 to March 31.
^ Although we perform monthly pest control, critters are a natural occurrence in a wooded setting; please keep doors and windows closed to minimize pests.
^ Sightings of bears are common and exciting! It is imperative to keep food inside the cabin, dispose of trash in the bear proof receptacles by the driveway, and to lock automobile doors at all times.

★ ADDITIONAL RULES ★
- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents/guardians allowed).
- No parties or events.
- Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the cabin.
- The cabin is on a septic system; flush ONLY toilet paper, and do not rinse food waste into the kitchen sink.
- Maximum 10 guests; if you bring more guests than reflected on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without refund.
- No early arrival or late departure; $100 charge for late check-out.
- No pets (excluding service animals); if you bring a pet of any kind, you will be asked to leave without refund and charged an additional $100 cleaning fee.
- No refunds for illness, weather, natural disasters, power/internet outages, acts of god, or other things beyond the host's control. It is strongly recommended that guests acquire trip insurance; the cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
- Follow all posted hot tub rules and use the hot tub at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult.
Our property is located within a HOA community; please respect our neighbors by observing the following rules:
- Quiet time 10:00pm to 9:00 am; $150 penalty per night for each violation reported to the HOA.
- No fireworks of any kind; use of fireworks is a MAJOR wildfire risk and will incur a $150 noise violation penalty.
- All vehicles must be parked within the driveway and are not permitted to park on the street; $50 penalty assessed per vehicle per day.
- No vehicles longer than 25 feet are permitted in the HOA due to the winding mountain roads.
