Charming chalet apartment located where Gatlinburg ends and National Park begins. Minutes from downtown, trolley stop is across the street. Has one bedroom and full bathroom, a full-size sleeper sofa, full kitchen with dishwasher, sleeps four. 5 exterior steps and 20 interior steps. Please message with any questions you have. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 Laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED* Subject to fine and guest must vacate immediately. Emails received after 4pm will be responded to next business day.

It was definitely within walking distance to downtown. It’s uphill on the way back. The area around isn’t the nicest, but it wasn’t an issue. Did see a bear one day in the parking lot

The rental was beautiful and clean. It was within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg but it was also peaceful. Location was very nice and the manager was helpful when we had questions. We we definitely be coming back.

Convenient Location!
We wanted to stay in a nice, safe, but not overpriced place, with good access to the Smoky Mountains NP entrance. This place was perfect. Well-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook some meals for ourselves. (Bring every food item you need, though, even salt and pepper!) The hot water pump in the apartment works maybe a bit too well 🙃... the tap water comes out scalding hot if you're not careful. Location was conveniently right across from the free shuttle into Gatlinburg, and just a very short drive to the entrance to the national park. No major issues, overall. We were really pleased.

Place was clean and great access to the strip! We walked the whole time and it wasn’t a bad walk at all. The trolley is right across the street if you want to use that which is a great option! Only downfall was the bed was hard but I would stay again!

This stay was great for 2 adults spending a few days in Gatlinburg. We loved the location - just a short walk downhill to the main street of Gatlinburg. Will have to stay when we come back!

Perfect Location
The size of the unit is perfect for what we were looking for, a place to crash in between hikes. It's located within walking distance to downtown, but you don't have to drive through town to get on the roads that take you up into the mountains, which is very convenient and saves a lot of time, especially during the summer!

Perfect for us
This unit is the upstairs of an office building but it felt like a separate unit. We were out and about during the day so we don't know how things were during office hours but we saw/heard no one during the evening and night. The location was IDEAL for us - VERY close to Sugarlands, the bypass to Pigeon Forge, and River Road/Downtown. We are two adults and couldn't be happier with our stay.

Location was close to downtown. Area near and surrounding the property was less than desirable. The overlook balcony looks at the street. The temperature in the unit was difficult to control - cold at night and very hot during the day. The bedroom is on the street side - so opening the window was not an option. The unit served its purpose - a place to shower and sleep, so I could hike.

Club Chalet Overlook
The accommodations were spacious. Carpet needs shampooing in the rooms and stairwell. The whole area needs some cosmetic work. The free shuttle bus is right across the street to take you downtown Gatlinburg and further. Loved it that we could walk in the park or in town. Management was very accommodating.

Great stay
We had a great stay. We liked the fact that the trolly was across the street if we wanted to use it! Not a big issue for us but just and FYI this is an apartment overtop the office and you share a balcony with what is listed as a conference room. It’s also has direct access to the bypass so you don’t have to drive down the parkway in all the traffic ! We would stay here again !

Quick weekend getaway
We decided last minute to stay in Tennessee for the Jeep Fest and I believe we found a wonderful getaway for what was needed. Plus we got to use the pool and other amenities. We enjoyed our time!
