"I spent two nights in this hotel as I was flying into Gatwick late on a Friday and out early on the Sunday. It couldn't be handier for that purpose when you arrive late or need to leave early for a flight. The room is comfortable and quiet. My issue with it was that there was zero human interaction. ..."

The south terminal has 24 hour cafe and shop which is helpful for late night arrivals or early morning departures. It is helpful that you do not have to leave the terminals to get to this hotel.
