The sauna was working and nice The neighborhood is recognized as one of the most dangerous neighborhoods. "We arrived last night on Saturday. On Sunday morning, after looking around we realized that the place was not cleaned at all and most probably for a long period of time. There was dirt all over the floor. All window drapes had dust and dirt on them. I had to clear it myself on our first day there. Owner promised to return the cleaning payment but that did not happen for strange claim that we did not clean up the place ourselves. "Convenient to stores, lake, public transport. Things for children to play with. Personal touches. Had more than we expected. Would definitely book again if in the area. "

"Property is centrally located. The apartment is shockingly small. Smaller than the pictures show. There was no iron in the room and we could only get one between 11:00-15:00 the next day. The whole bathroom floods with a shower, the towels are not enough to keep it dry. "Right next to the Hauptbahnhof and close to shops and restaurants, breakfast was also included in our stay. Despite being next to the station it was quiet and we were not disturbed. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Reception was helpful and check in and out efficient as you would expect. Breakfast had options for any diet, I’m vegan and had no problems. "Well-equipped and nicely decorated hotel, perfectly located in the center of Leipzig opposite the Thomas church. The hotel has no parking garage, but the Q-park garage is less than 3 walking minutes away. There's another garage 2 minutes further away, for which the hotel offers a special fare. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that within 2 minutes we were at the heart of the Christmas market. Our (ball)room was in the older part and original beams were visible; room soundproof though. Apart from the hotel Leipzizg surprised us in a very positive way; we'll be back for both!"

"Great location. 3 minute walk to Christmas markets and center of town. Five minute walk from Hauptbahnhof. Fridge, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and room safe. Lidl supermarket about one block away. Front desk helpful and friendly. Pool was a little chilly. Sauna great. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend."
