"Large place with separate bedrooms, large living room and well stocked kitchen. Our family of four was comfortable during our two night stay. We had good communication via email with the property. The view of the vineyards was amazing with small view of the river from our lower unit. It is on a big hill so a bit of schlep into the small commercial district and driving a stick was tricky, but parking was easy. Place was clean and stocked with the minimum, but one bathroom sink didn't work and...

"Neighborhood in Mainz was delightful! Sleeping arrangements as advertised - two bedrooms which sleep 2 each on 2nd floor, and one bedroom with other beds/futons on top floor. Kitchen was a bit underequipped compared to our other European VRBO experiences - no vegetable peeler, no saucepans smaller than multiple gallon, very minimal spices. "I had an abesolutley wonderful stay with MKHotel. Lovely staff that were super accomodating and lovely rooms. Only reason i give it a 4/5 is the Airconditioning was broken in 2/3 rooms we viewed. I was moved in the end but at the same time the new room was only ever so slightly better, but still very warm. But overall i was really impressed, and 100% will be back. "

"Staff were excellent and very friendly, we arrived well before the check in time but they were still able to accommodate us. Hotel was very clean and modern with a great bar area and relaxing seating areas. The bar is open 24hrs. Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. Very good secure parking plus street parking if required. Location is a short easy walk to the centre."

" Hotel stay was great - only issue was reserving money on my credit card blocked my card for future purchases even though the final charges for my stay were paid. In my option the bill should have cleared by the reserves and I should not have to wait a day or so to see them clear down ! You need to review your charges process please "
