I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent booking experience through Expedia at Hotel Virat Inn in Gaya, with booking reference number 72808137801065. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was shocked to discover an unexpected additional charge for the use of air conditioning in the room....

"Food was good. Cooked freah upon ordering. Hotel doesnt qualifu for 3 star rating. Very dirty. Beds are very small in width. Not good for big built heavy person like me"

"The property is good overall, specially for Buddhist pilgrimage. However if you are a pure vegetarian, you will face problems in food. Not only in the restaurant but in entire Bodhgaya. Apart from that we had a pleasant time in Bodhgaya and this hotel."

Lastly, the hotel is no longer called Buddha International and the address is incorrect."

"I had my luggage taken care of by hotel receptioner until late night for free. They didn't give me amenities and leave my room for a long time until I said good bye. I thought the reason why they didn't prepare all amenities in the room in advance is to get tip as much as possible. I don't like this hotel service policy."
