Breakfast not as expected
The hotel was lovely. The free breakfast was in a cafe next door, which had slow service, a limited menu and a wait for tables as there was no preference for hotel guests. This meant we skipped the breakfast we'd paid for twice, as we found going to the cafe distrupted our plans. Also, the hotel reception closed at 12pm on the Sunday which meant we had to pay to store our luggage elsewhere.

Could have been so much better.
Firstly they took payment from.my card for a colleagues booking without telling me then charge £150 because I put a drain on their carpet. I didn't get a chance to challenge the charge they just took it so beware. Nice looking hotel with a good location. Shame I was treated like this and ripped off.

Very good hotel in a superb location for centre
Very nice hotel in a superb place. Breakfast was a little basic but nice. Room was lovely and clean just a little small. Very good hotel would stay here again.

Great hotel in the centre of Gdańsk.
Comfortable room, bed maybe a little hard. Great helpful staff. Set in a great area. Couldn't ask for a better hotel around this price!

I had a excellent stay. Very clean place. I just think they should have kettles in each room! I was dying for a cup of tea before bed! Most employees was nice, although I feel that one girl was asking to much question about my visitor. Asking directly to them not me! I felt a bit disrespect and with my privacy disturbed! But I definitely love the place and definitely come back! :)

Good location
Hotel is in a good location a few steps from Dluga (ie Long Lane). The shower in the room is a wet area - and not a well assembled one at that. The bathroom became a swimming pool after one shower, the water went absolutely everywhere, about 30cm from getting into the room itself. Beds being made were about the only thing that was done in the morning. Breakfast is absolutely not worth it. Eat out if you can, probably cost about the same and you'll get something much better.

Staff were very helpful. Our room was not ready the first night so we were put in a sister hotel but this was no problem as it was only a short walk away. Fantastic location, would definately return.

Perfect location, close to the harbor, restaurants, landmarks. 15 minute walk from the train station. Modern, clean boutique hotel. Staff very helpful and cordial. You can't beat it for the price!

Excellent location, friendly staff, room was nice and modern. Only two down sides: first off, the window had been left open before I arrived and had no screen, so there were mosquitoes in the room which gave me several bites in the night; second, the building is not very well sound-proofed, so you can hear a lot of noise out in the hall, and the street outside can be pretty noisy until very late at night.
