Beautiful cottage that is incredibly well equipped for our short stay. Lots of entertainment for the kids from books to board games. Communication with the owners was fantastic before our arrival. Looking forward to coming back already!

We had the pleasure of spending a few days at Pat's place. Serene, quiet and plenty of open space appreciated by us and our blue heeler. Decor and furnishings are of a high standard and the home is very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. Close to everything the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer.

We had such a peaceful and enjoyable stay at this delightful cottage. The house was clean, cosy and inviting and had everything we needed during our stay. We were surrounded by beautiful views in a very quiet location yet only minutes drive to the shops and a short trip away to beaches. Would highly recommend!

This home away from home gave us a space to come together as a family from interstate for the holiday season. From the young, old and the furry, we have created memories in this home that we will all cherish together. It is such a beautiful property with everything inside and out that truly made it feel like home. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the property. It has everything we want and need, as well as being dog friendly.. Close to wineries, it makes an ideal spot for a weekend getaway! We love that there is a lot of space, a lovely entertaining area out the back, and modern appliances. Pat is wonderful to deal with… We will be back!

We loved staying here for the long weekend in March. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to get some peace and quiet but close enough to still be able to order Uber Eats!! The house is incredible!!! We didn't want to leave!!

We had the most amazing time away at Pat’s beautiful cottage. We went for a girls weekend and everything was perfect! The location is really good with the shops only a very short drive away, plenty of room for everyone in the house! The outdoor area is perfect, we loved using the fire pit! We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to others.

Gorgeously renovated house in a beautiful location, with cosy funishings. Great for a relaxing weekend, and even has a beautiful outside area with a fire pit which was great in winter. Communication with owner was excellent. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We were totally amazed beautiful quiet location was like we didn't leave our farm...and handy to town etc ..place was absolutely outstanding will be staying there again ..hosts were excellent with communication etc regarding our 2 little dogs...plus all the little basic things that were available..totally outstanding an a credit to the owners...

Patrick has been the best host that anyone can ask for! The property looks so clean, posh and all our getting ready photos looked amazing because of it. We all stayed there the day before my wedding and our bridal party absolutely loved their time there as well. The extra touches to the detail has made our stay just so special! Can’t wait till we all come back to stay again :D
