Overall great for an “3 star” rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. Car park could do with some resurfacing. Close to high street shops, restaurants and Belmont Hotel- All within walking distance. Close to the riverside walking track of the Barwon River.

Great location and newly renovated but needed sheer curtains as it had a full wall window that was open to the neighbours so couldnt get changed unless you had the drapes closed and light on. Other than that , easy check in, plenty of car parking and good room to fit a family.

Lovely location, room for a family was really spacious and nice view. The initial meeting with the owners was mixed - we didn’t know if they were joking or serious and it came across badly, especially after reading the associated reviews regarding customer service. Ultimately the room was great and clean in a nice area convenient to all amenities and we would like to stay again.

Have stayed here alone many times and have always found it to be comfortable for a single person. Fast food and supermarket are very close. Plenty of car parking for larger vehicles. Only negative is that the complex is getting a little tired.
