Not the best price for what you receive, probably the cheapest option for a stay in Geneva.
Good kitchen/bathroom facilities, easy check-in although you have to put the linen on the beds yourself.
Overall decent stay, close to the main attractions of Geneva.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very rustic. The room was clean. Bathroom is a bit small. There is a nice shared sitting area on each floor.
A wash basin in the room.
The location is assessable by public transport. Few eataries and take away nearby.
Good for 1-2night stay

This place has seen better days. Somehow, I was expecting more from a Swiss hostel. For example, many of the storage lockers were broken or missing doors. No toilet paper in one of the bathroom stalls. Surfaces felt a little sticky aside from sinks and toilets, which were pretty clean. It was all kind of rundown, which, at.$179 Cdn per night for shared bathroom and showers, wasn't super great. People were really nice though, and very helpful. Fine for a short stay and way cheaper than most everything in Geneva.
I stayed at the hostel for four nights, and the sheets were never changed despite my request. The room was extremely noisy, and every night around 4 a.m. people unloaded cargo right outside the window. Overall, a terrible experience.
The room smelt like cigarette smoke, otherwise ok.

Warning, do NOT stay here
Stay far away from this hostel. The self-identified manager/owner threatened to fire one of his staff members and acted in an unprofessional manner, shouting abusive language at a guest. There can be no excuse for this, especially not in a hostel. This display of character does not belong in the hospitality business.
The hostel is a very short walk from the main train station in Cornavin. The solo bed rooms are for your basic needs; towels are included, which is a great added bonus (as many other hostels require you to rent out that). My only complaint with the room was that it had a rather strong smell of cigarette smoke; I reckon the staff tried to air out the room as my window was opened when I arrived. Otherwise, I had a great night’s stay in that hostel, and had a great 24 hours in Geneva.
