"Fantastic hotel, had the touches of an adults only but a really lovely family feel. Very clean, lots of atmosphere and high quality aesthetics. Bit of a remote area but nice hotel beach and convenient public transport outside the resort. Food and drinks variety great, a la carte hard too book so do it on arrival. "

"We had a nice time in Gennadi but it’s a good but not great hotel with some major flaws. Positives; buffet and all inclusive drinks are excellent, restaurant staff are nice and very attentive (Anna), the rooms and pool areas feel clean and modern. "This is one of the best hotels/resorts my wife and I have stayed. The all inclusive package was fantastic. Beach was across the road with bar and restaurant as part of the package. Views were amazing, staff were friendly. Couldn’t ask for much more. I’d recommend to those wanting a nice chilled break where they’re looked after. "

"Beautiful hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and are all super friendly. Shuttle bus runs all day to the beach bar and restaurant that is included in the all inclusive. Spa treatment was amazing, Dimitri was wonderful. Food was good, we didn't tire of the buffet and never needed to eat anywhere else. I would book directly next time as the only issues we had were with Expedia not the hotel. "

"Very good hotel, we had an excellent stay, food was amazing, the buffet is a standard hotel buffet type food but they do change it up each night but the a la carte restuarnts for us were amazing, we had great service and great food. Portion sizes at the greek and italian were huge so we way over ordered, possibly could of done with a little more at the asian and mexican but the dishes we all had were superb. "We are gluten intolerant so the guest relations manager George was absolutely magnificent, sat us down on our first day to go over the food and all the restaurants, even organised gluten free beer to the mini bar in my room. Just stayed for the week but would recommend it to anyone who is celiac as all 3 in our party of 10 people never had 1 reaction. This was our first time trying out an all inclusive hotel since we have been diagnosed and will definitely come back"

"The check in was quite easy, but the receptionist barely knew English which was abit of a langauge barrier. Which meant we didn't know where the meals were serviced or we had to get towels from them for the pool or beach etc. The room was decent, a bit of the shower was broken but apart from that was alright, the door only had a door lock so we had the cleaning crew walk into the room in the morning when we were sleeping twice. "I had a wonderful time at Gennadi, the rooms were great, had everything I needed and the terrific staff kindly upgraded me (thank you so much). Plentiful dining options and the food was always excellent. This is a fantastic place to decompress and relax. I want to give a special shout out to Carla, Yiannis and Konstantina (at the front desk) who went above and beyond to make my stay amazing, their positive and joyful energy was a delight to be around. "
