This is a quiet neighborhood--with brick street--that feels very safe. Carolyn was very responsive and accommodating--making the check-in/out process painless and ensuring we had a great stay. We were close enough to amenities if/when we needed them, but had absolutely no reasons to leave the property - so much to do for everyone. "Overall the location fit our purpose- attending a family wedding. The place was spacious enough, with enough beds for everyone and we appreciated the ability to have the "home setting". The drain in the upstairs bathroom was dirty, you could see hair and gunk clogged in it and the floors and stairs were very filthy. The baby walked around with bare feet and her feet were black. I did appreciate the baby locks on things too."

"This space was excellent for all of our needs and more! We have family in the area and we were able to just walk everywhere needed. Excellent restaurant across the street. We have walked by this space countless times in the past when we lived downtown and never knew about it.
