Repeat customer. Third time back in his hotel but this time was a disappointment. I booked and paid on 27 DEC. Arrived at the hotel on 31 JAN receptionist said cannot find my booking because was booked last minute?? Wasted 20-25 mins and another receptionist-Mariyam or Mariah sorted out a room for me.

For a supposedly 4-5 star hotel, it couldn't offer better quality of tea bags? Don't get me started on those rickety dining chairs and tables on both mornings at breakfast........
