"This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. "Check in - Monica (staff member) so helpful, friendly, felt as if she really cared that we were happy. We used to stay when the property was a Premier Inn. Improvements have been made, but the fact that you can’t control the heating in the rooms - not good - far TOO HOT!! You can’t open windows (totally understand why). Bathroom a bit tired. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again. Room 1119."
