Very quiet neighborhood, apartment was very clean and well kept. The only drawbacks as mention to the landlady was the water pressure in the shower, is painstakingly slow. Also there is only one A/C unit in the apartment which is in the bedroom but the WiFi signal is unstable in the bedroom so you have bare the heat in the living area if you have to work on your laptop. Would definitely try again and if these small adjustments are made then this apartment will be my go to place when I am in Guyana. The owners are very approachable and are very friendly. All in all, not a bad place to be when visiting Guyana. Thank you.

The best part of Guyana
This property is located just outside of central Georgetown. In a small village called Mon Repos. It is quiet and safe and I had zero worries about security during my stay. The apartment is decent sized for the country, and I was very comfortable the entire time. Has a shower with an independent tub. Something rare in Guyana. The bed was comfortable and I slept great during my stay. I would highly highly recommend this place for your trip to Georgetown. The cold AC was a huge reprieve after the hot hot days in the scorching Guyanese sun. I would stay here again.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment
The rooms were clean and most importantly has Aircon in the room. The kitchen has A stove, Fridge, a cupboard with dishes . Flat screen tv , sofa set in the living room , and a tub in the bathroom. The host are friendly , nice and peaceful. I will definitely be booking again.
