You feel like you are in the middle of the jungle, but in reality, are super close to a lot of amazing destinations; you can easily access Xunantunich, San Ignacio, or the Mountain Pine Ridge. "This house in Santa Elena is so cool! Our family of 5 stayed here for three nights. The house itself is well maintained, very spacious and clean. The views around the property are gorgeous and the surroundings are lush and so peaceful. We had Consuelo cook for us one nights and it was the best as she prepared food and cleaned up everything after. We got to relax after a long day. And Consuelo is so sweet and helpful. "Gaia was a wonderful place to enjoy the jungle side of Belize. The staff was very responsive and assisted me with transfer from Belize City and back. There was an extra charge for this service. Check in was a breeze and the rooms are very comfortable. Hector at the front desk made arrangements for tours and spa and transportation, Freddy and Demor and Darren were perfect servers and went above and beyond! The resort is lucky to have them. The space down by the waterfall for sunning, dining and spa is so peaceful! Coco, the resort dog, accompanied me on a walk to Big Rock Falls too! It was a lovely stay. I cannot wait to come back some time."
