The art adds to the experience, and the building is easy to find. The staff is very helpful and responsive. The buffet breakfast is amazing, both in quantity and quality of selections. It's a straight walk to the beach, so you won't get lost.

If it was possible to give more than 10, I would. This place is definitely worth every penny we spent. 1. Beautiful place, clean and tidy, delicious food in a variety. 2. The dinner restaurants are excellent with a variety of delicious cuisines and styles. 3. All inclusive was excellent. Plenty of varied food throughout the day. Drinks/spicy drinks and more full of surprises and in abundance. 4. And the most important thing is the staff of the hotel. Receptionists are kind and helped us with every passenger (even finding alternative flights and canceling flights) 5. The reception manager Maria was wonderful and kind and upgraded us and took care of our late departure (our flight was early in the morning). We will definitely return to this hotel again.

the overall stay at the hotel was very nice! the resort is beautiful and very big, there is a lot of walking to do (depends on your room location). our family room was spacious with a sliding door. the water pressure was awful and weak, the sink was a bit clogged and the mountain view was to a garbage area across the road. the food was was good with a large selection. we've been in 3 "speciality" restaurants (don't waist your time, only the BBQ was nice IMO). some activities were nice like the kids disco at night and the pizza making workshop. no quality shows for adults like other resorts ive been. bottom line - beautiful place, good food, but needs to be a bit more value for money.
