I don't normally take breakfast because it is usually so underwhelming, but I misunderstood and thought it was included in my room. "The staff were amazing. I was stuck in Troyes with an issue with my car. They really looked after me including driving me to the train station when the car garage let me down. They looked after me incredibly well and I would highly recommend the hotel for its spa and food. "
