"Eichwalde is a quiet, residential town. I was planning a couple of long days at DESY-Zeuthen, one S-Bahn stop south of Eichwalde (or a nice 45 minute walk). I typically stay in Berlin proper, but wanted to give this a try. Anyway, I had a small, but very nice, single room. Checked in late via the intercom and key lock-box. I had a German speaker with me, but it seems likely it would have worked in any case. Breakfast was quiet, food and coffee were excellent."

"This hotel is so convenient, super clean, and totally fine for one night before a flight. The WLAN was awesome, the bed comfortable, the bathroom sparkling clean, the washroom very convenient, and the connection to the airport super simple. The round the clock coffee machine wa wonderful but the food at the shop was dreadful. Also, getting in was a bit confusing but I figured it out. I arrived 20 minutes before checkin so that was problematic as the check in time cannot be even a tiny bit...

"First time at this hotel in Berlin. Room was spacious and well equipped. No instructions for the room safe. Staff and service was exceptional. Breakfast was limited and could be more enticing. Given bus/tube/train passes for three days which was incredible. Don’t get a taxi from the airport, it’s two stops from Brandenburg airport, get off at Schonefeld train station and two minute walk. Reception staff very helpful. Would stay there again. "

"Very average hotel, but for the price I had to accept the quality. Unfortunately doors with no noise isolation, so I was disturbed early morning by other hotel quests. The breakfast was quite disappointing. Poor choice, medium quality, bad coffee, this is not what I was expecting from german hotel, usually in germany breakfast is excellent and this was not the case there. The staff friendly, hotel clean, carpark on the street, but no problem to find a space."

"Enjoyed my time there. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.The area was a bit far away from anything to do, so we definitely had to get a taxi / Uber to get around. We rented 2 rooms, and they both had a funny smell - they were clean, but just smelled off so we kept the windows cracked at all times. I would have no problem recommending it to friends, or going back myself for another stay."

"If you have business in Adlershof, then this place is good. I always stay here when visiting BESSY-II and HZB. Good breakfast. Pretty close to walk to the S-bahn to get to the center of Berlin or to the BER airport. "

Perfect for long weekend with little kids

"We rented the house to be near the race course for the Erkner Ironman triathlon. It was the perfect base. Very short drive (or bike ride on race morning) to the course and our time hanging at the house the rest of the weekend was very fun and relaxed. The kids loved the trampoline and box of toys in the yard. We all also enjoyed the sauna. The house is very cozy and comfortable and has everything you need. The hosts are also super friendly and communication is great. I would definitely recommend. "

Vacation bungalow "Arne Junior" right next to the forest and 5 minutes to the beach

"This was a perfect property for our family traveling with 2 large dogs. The bungalow had its own fenced in area which was perfect. The place had bunk beds for our kids and large bed for us as well as a couch in the living room. The patio was peaceful with a retractable awning. The area itself is super quiet in a very small town with a brewery and a few restaurants/hotels. The bungalow with a kitchen was stocked with a lot of things that you might forget while traveling i.e. coffee, salt, pepper, cleaning products. Lastly, there were plenty of park and ride stations within 15-30 minutes for traveling all around Berlin. "
