"Great stay"

"We have stayed here before and have enjoyed our visit also. The hotel is a five minute walk From the Hauptbahnhof and 20 mins from the Bundestag and brandenburg gate. We were early so left our cases in the secure storage until the evening. We were advised the quieter times to check in but there is an additional auto check in. The staff are friendly and helpful as always. Our room was standard as we are only sleeping and showering there so didn’t need a fancy room. It was spotless and has a good hot shower, it was warm too as it was a bit chilly this last week in Berlin. We had the breakfast option, there is lots of choice and it’s frequently replenished catering for every taste. The only gripe was the bed and overly soft pillows but no bed is going to be as good as your own and extra pillows are available from reception. Another good stay and I am sure we will be enjoying another soon. "

"Only thing you could complain about was the €30 a day parking and the noise out the back, as we did not get the city view room that we had booked. Staff were great and friendly and were happy to help if needed"

"This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and the service is always flawless. A special thank you to the receptionist (I think his name is Punak) for his kindness when I needed it most following a long flight and a cancellation to my connecting flight, I really appreciate it. The only recommendation I would make is to add international channels as the TV is only in German - for an International hotel by the airport, it woukd benefit many others."
