Such a gorgeous hotel. The staff are incredible, buffet breakfast is vast and the rooms are large with very comfy beds! I’d certainly return in the future.

This was our first time staying here, despite many prior trips to Vegas, & we enjoyed PH. We used the kiosk to check in at 3 pm as lines were long & were fine with our assigned room. Room was large, clean, & had a fridge. Beds were comfortable with phone charging ports/outlets in between. Bathroom was huge & had a nice freestanding tub, although we didn't use it. Only thing amiss was that all 3 soap, shampoo, & conditioner dispensers mounted in the shower were empty. Recommend checking this before getting in the shower! After reporting it, we received a bag of mini toiletries hanging on our door. There are plenty of dining options here with Miracle Mile shops attached, & we tried Cafe Hollywood as well which was a great place for a sit-down meal & is conveniently inside the casino. There are 2 ABC stores in Miracle Mile shops as well as 2 Fat Tuesdays. PH location is mid-strip, so it's very easy to walk to other places or catch the Deuce bus to downtown. Just my opinion but there should be a more reasonable early check-in option...would have much preferred to get our room early, like noon, but felt the price was too high. It varied at the kiosk depending on what time you were standing in front of it, & $30 was the cheapest we saw. We've stayed elsewhere & $20 would get you in early, but more than that is too much. Note that the bell desk is outside of the check-in doors here near taxi drop-off, if you want to leave bags there. Would book here again as we were overall happy.

I was there to see The Eagles at The Sphere and this was a fairly close, walkable location. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Google Maps kept taking me to the main entrance for parking instead of the actual parking so that was frustrating. I finally found a parking lot next to the High Roller and walked. Unfortunately I paid for parking twice, once when I checked out and then again to get out of the parking lot because the gate wouldn’t read my room key to see I already paid. The staff was helpful and friendly.
