Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Poorly staffed, in great need of repairs and a solid cleaning. Tub knobs were falling off and drain was broken off and laying in the tub itself
The refrigerator was completely off and warm inside when we arrive. Dirty floors definitely needed clean as did the toilet. It appears only one staff works per shift (which is a concern for both customer service and staff safety) Also was asked to pay cash for stay despite reservation was already paid for via card a month ago - observed another guest being asked to pay cash who then responded they had prepaid via card when they made the reservation. Unsure if this is due to untrained desk staff or attempts to get cash from older guests/ hopefully it is the first scenario. The breakfast consisted of greasy sausage, dry egg patties and bread with some spots of mold. Unfortunately one staff was in charge of the breakfast, front desk and customer complaints. Would recommend staying elsewhere when visiting the Gettysburg area.
