"If I say the hotel stay felt like home away from home, it won't justify it. The Stay at work hotel goes beyond that....the staff makes sure you feel like you have known them all your life with their extra attentive support and service. "The safe did not work and they could not replace it until the following day, but I advised I needed specially for that day that was not working. "There is a very long online check in process where they request all your documents to be scanned and uploaded, including a selfie. This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym. Located only 2 blocks from the bus station, surrounding area near the bus station can be unsafe at night, but going the other direction will bring you to some shops and restaurants, and even a modern shopping mall with supermarket. "The food at the in house restaurant was surprisingly good, a good assortment at the complimentary breakfast but it was the staff working there who were outstanding!!! The price of the accommodations does not reflect the value. We stayed for 12 nights and will gladly return on our next visit to Port Alegre."

Ótimo hotel, super indico!

"Hotel muito bacana, sempre limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é ótimo. Mesmo os antigos hóspedes tendo desocupado o quarto a pouco tempo, sempre encontro o ambiente limpo e cheiroso. Os funcionários sempre muito educados e prestativos. Em 2024, me hospedei 4x no hotel e, em uma das vezes, acabei deixando minha carteira cair no chão do banheiro e não vi. Só percebi mais tarde, quando já estava no caminho para casa. Liguei para o hotel, e me informaram que haviam encontrado a carteira e que poderiam me enviar por correios. Essa foi uma atitude louvável da parte deles e que me fez gostar mais ainda do hotel. "
