"This is a fantastic place to stay. Close to public transport. Well appointed, spacious rooms. The staff were incredible, especially Meliesa, who will definitely win receptionist of the year. She went over and beyond, train tickets, bus timetables, city card, recommendations of places to visit all with a cheerful, happy demeanour.
