Front desk is understaffed and waits are long. Lines are common at any time in the day. Rooms are dated. Bathrooms are really well upgraded though. Fitness facility is embarrassing.

The 4th floor seems a bit empty in the open areas. Our rooms did not have phones and the app did not work to contact reception, so it was really difficult to get any service from front desk. The hotel is in a really great location and the room was really neat. The bed was very comfortable.
