"Vail Colorado is a beautiful, well equipped and spacious chalet. Marc and Christina are extremely helpful and responsive. It's just a 10 minute walk to the slopes. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again."

There are some lovely views, it’s in top-notch location, a wonderful village, accessible to all the best hikes and the chalet is spotless and has all the amenities you will need. "This is a quirky property that could do with an update BUT despite that we had a fabulous stay. All the important details were great; clean,comfortable beds; 2 showers; 2 toilets; well stocked kitchen with ample knives, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. We needed to contact the managers at GoMontgenevre a couple of times and they were at the property within a couple of minutes. Fab service. 1 minute from Intersport, Spar and slopes. Great location."

Hostel-style hotel, not worth the star rating

"We booked into this hotel to have just 1 night before our flight home and everything else in Sestriere was fully booked. When we arrived in the afternoon, the man in reception was very rude and said we weren’t in the right place and he hadn’t heard of a hotel Torre. We walked round the town in heavy snowfall and eventually someone in a cafe helped us - took us back to the same place as it was the right hotel. The man was security and the reception staff were on an extended break - with only this man slouched in a chair and not interested in anything. It had the vibe of a cheap hostel for teenage groups…..except at £108/night, it wasn’t that cheap. It was central in the town. "
