"The hotel is in a fantastic spot — right on the lake and just steps from Como’s Cathedral and historic center. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a room with a beautiful lake view, which made the experience even more special. Parking is off-site at a nearby sister hotel, just a short walk away. It’s a bit inconvenient but manageable. The room was clean and comfortable, though starting to feel a bit dated and could use some renovation. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety — definitely a plus."

"Incredible experience in this charming little village. The restaurant on site is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond. I’m serious, there is great service and then you have this team. When they found out we had to leave at 4:00 AM for the airport, they made me a breakfast bag to take with me. Wow! Thank you all for such an amazing experience. "
