"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. "InCanto was a great choice for our stay in Palermo. Very central location, easy walk to any part of the city center. The staff was kind, very good communication, what i really appreciate as i was driving there and they help me a lot to get in to a safe place to park. The room was huge, the quality of everything bed, the breakfast, bath products was great. I loved the cheese toast, the mermelada and the oat milk cappuccino. They are very attentive and care about each detailed. I hoghly recommend this place. "
