"I booked this property so that I could join friends in a neighbouring village for a celebration. The property was quite basic for my taste and in a more rural area than I would have liked especially as I was driving on narrow country roads at night to return to the property. "I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. "It is a lovely hotel in a convenient location. I was a little disappointed at the moment of the check-in due to the fact that the receptionist wanted to charge me extra for the breakfast and the fourth person. Both of which I had already paid for on expedia upon booking the hotel. I have found some staff very professional and welcoming and some others less keen. Overall I am happy with my stay."

Receptionist very helpful and printed off our Ryanair boarding passes.Even though he was very busy 96 rooms booked on the night.
