"Really Really impressed by the accommodation. Lovely friendly staff. Breakfast basic but clean and organised. Great cappuccino! We asked for late check out as we had a late flight. Staff very accommodating and charged us v little. Fabulous place, lovely little pool."

"My family and I loved strolling the property admiring all of the various trees and plants while enjoying the views of the sea and Mt Etna. The owner even makes his own marmalade with fruit grown on the property that was served to us for breakfast. Property is quiet and was the perfect distance for our meeting with our Mt Etna tour company. Also enjoyed going to nearby Riposte that was a short drive away. Only issue was not being able to connect to WiFi but hey, that's not why you visit Italy."

"Loved the view of Mt Etna especially during eruptions! Staff very helpful, breakfast was fine - but go down early if you want the full choice, pool was great. Limited options at pool bar, but plenty of sunbeds (never a towel scramble as you get in some places!) Decent size room and good shower."

"Excellent small hotel with superb friendly and helpful staff, fantastic well maintained grounds and stunning view of Etna from the pool. Its clear they show pride in their hotel and this is reflected in everything about your stay. Would say a car is essential to het best of stay, although about 30 min walk to local train station which had good and regular connections to some of the local main tourist towns and airport. "

"It is exactly what says in the pictures. Room size ok, staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast simple but fresh. Amazing coffee. Location not that great, need a car. All shops around closes at 3 and reopen at 7pm. Safe to walk around."

"This villa was everything and more. It is private and close to all! Plenty of room and the pool is so inviting!! You can pick your own herbs to cook with. Relax by the beach than come back and jump in the pool! Rooms are large and open. The host was extremely hospitable. He stayed in communication with us during our stay I would highly recommend this villa. "

"The property had not been freshened up prior to our arrival. Thick dust under units and on top of units. We bought a mop to clean the floor, and the water was black afterwards. We were only given one set of linen and towels for the month. Sofa bed in lounge so hard and uncomfortable to sit on. Television a 24 inch, not much bigger than a laptop. Had to watch it in the bedroom for comfort. We had to replace the batteries in the remote on day 1. Electric sockets hanging off the walls. Fridge set...
