Personal und Service kann ich nicht beurteilen, da alles telefonisch ablief, aber die beiden Damen die ich am Telefon hatte, waren sehr freundlich. Das Appartement Fahner Höhe, hat eine schlicht schöne Einrichtung, Komfort war gegeben, das Bad ist sehr schön, leider war das Feuchtigkeitslevel nach dem Duschen so hoch das das Wasser vom Spiegel lief! Das ist aber eine Sache der Lüftung/Abluft. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist sehr schön.

Auf dem Balkon war in drei Felder eiseitig defekt. Es ist nicht richtig angebracht. Es besteht aus meiner Sicht Unfallgefahr.cDie zweite kleine Jalousie konnte auch nicht aufgemacht wetden.Bitte um Beseitigung der Mängel.
