"I liked the design elements that elevated the hotel above the usual IBIS. The place has real personality with the quirky menu in Glaswegian slang which provoked me to try haggis pizza! The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet which is an essential for me. The best thing however was the staff. This is a great team. After a day of disrupted travel, to arrive and be greeted by the wonderful Danielle who gave me a Tunnocks Caramel Log was a blessed relief. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee was amazing, better than any cafes I've had up to the point in London, Bath. Only 1 cafe in Liverpool was on par and I'm quite a coffee snob. Comfy room with ample amenities and welcome snacks. Bed was sufficient and huge. Thankful that there's fan. Gym was small but had sufficient equipment to do the bare minimum. If you're driving here, you might need to park at charing cross and get your ticket validated. There's so much construction going on here. Highly recommend Sarti (Italian restaurant) that's 10 mins walk nearby. The best Italian we've had."
