Newly renovated house located in a building dating from 1930, also recently renovated with a privileged location in the center of Gijón, next to Poniente Beach and the Marina and a few minutes from San Lorenzo Beach.
In the heart of the Carmen neighborhood, one of the old neighborhoods of the city, which is a wine, restaurant and nightlife area, so access to all this is direct, but its location keeps it isolated from excessive noise and noise.
It is a short distance from shops, tourist sites (Aquarium of Gijón, City Hall, Railway Museum ...), means of transport (buses, taxis and coach station) and has two public car parks nearby.
