"Just in case you didn't receive feedback about our arrival at the villa I'd like to update you. When we arrived staff were so surprised to see us as they said they had not received notification from Stayz that we were arriving. "It’s definitely a great place for honeymooners. Peaceful, with private pool and large tub. Service was good. Staff was really friendly. We brought our 3 children there (Sorry for the chaos caused). The tub is so huge that all 3 kids can fit inside. The food from the restaurant taste delicious. It’s slightly on the expensive side but it’s worth the money. This is not a downside. More of managing expectation: Since Lombok is known to be a place of nature, have to expect mosquitoes in the villa."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, situated near Senggigi’s food area and conveniently close to the Gilis. The serene atmosphere added to the charm, and the beachfront access was a highlight, even though it wasn’t a private beach. The beach itself was spotless, with beautiful blue water, and the long, well-maintained pool by the beach was perfect for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and quick to recognize guests, which made the experience even more welcoming. Breakfast was a standout feature, offering a buffet-style setup with excellent local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Although we initially experienced some inconvenience due to renovations near our room, the issue was handled wonderfully. After reporting it, the hotel manager personally addressed the situation, explained it kindly, and offered us an upgrade to a quieter and much, much better room, which we absolutely loved. This thoughtful gesture significantly improved our experience. Overall, the combination of excellent service, fantastic amenities, and great location made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely come back again. 5/5 experience!"
